Ok so there is this girl in my class that I like alot. like alot alot alot. she doesn't know and i kind of want to tell her but im scared that shes just gonna laugh and tell her friends. and i dont know if i can do it in person cuz she is ALWAYS with her two best friends. what should i do?

How old are you? Girls tend to mature quite quickly but I say go for it, pluck up the courage and tell her you like her! If you do, worst case scenario she's going to say no, it may hurt you a little but seriously don't take it to heart - it means nothing other than that she just doesn't share the same feelings you do. If she does, then wahey you're in there! :P

Also, as for the fear of rejection - if you truly have feelings for her, isn't it worth the risk? Do what you feel comfortable with, of course, but if I were in your position, I would want to know.

Do it. When I was 13 I would have killed to be asked out (I still would, but pretend that's not true.) Just make up some bullshit lie to get her away from her friends and ask her then. But do it in the afternoon, cause the rest of the day is awkward if you ask in the morning, whatever the answer is.

Ease yourself into, bud. Try building a relationship with her first and get to know each other before you jump into it and ask her to be your girl.
