I guess my questions is...do you think your scars are beautiful?? I often look at mine and think that. Dont know if that is normal or not.

Omg, i thought it was only me. Thats how i feel, i love the blood when i cut and the scars that are left. I also dont know if there is anything wrong with me, its not normal I guess to love scaring your body so i dont know why i feel like this?

At times i absolutely HATE my scars, but for the most part now, i think they are beautiful. I dont know what it is about them..perhaps its the fact that these reminders of my pain are raised and feel creative, or perhaps its the fact that when the light catches them they shine brighter than the rest of my skin. But they remind me every single day of the demons that i am fighting and it gives me the motivation to stay strong. <3

I don't, for the most part I resent them. But sometimes when I'm really insanely angry, I find a kind of vicious beauty in them and see them as a revenge thing. Then I hate myself for it :/

I think that they aren't beautiful in the traditional sense, but they're like tattoos with better stories, so I wouldn't get rid of them given the choice.

Sometimes yeah I do. I switch between thinking they're beautiful and thinking they're the most ugly things I've ever seen. A lot of people have said they think they're beautiful, so I guess it's normal.

wow, that's perfect! I think of my scars as having a sort of morbid beauty, they make me totally unique.

i have this really bad branding type scar i did that makes me disgusted in myself every time i see it, but any time i see any of the other ones i just shrug it off. sometimes i see cutting scars and i think they're nice, or my characters in stories normally think that their scars are nice

I love looking at them when I'm alone but when I'm around other people I realise how ugly and ddisgusting they are if anyone even comes close to seeing my scars/cuts at school I feel so sick. But I think if I ever beat this I will want to look at my scars as a reminder that I was stroing enough to beat this.
