He's getting America more in debt but it's not fully his fault. America is in debt with China by around $14,000,000,000,000 ($14 trillion). What America needs to do is cut spending, by cutting all teachers pay checks and government jobs pay checks. As well as start giving tax reliefs toward the upper class (the upper class who own businesses), because the people who own businesses are giving the jobs, if they get taxed more they'll just fire employees to compensate their spending. Because I know I'd rather live the life I live and fire a few employees than not fire employees and have to cut my spending. That was an example though.

i know, our #1 thing we need to do is cut spending. this friggin war put us in so much debt. sure it was good we took out al queda and HVT's (High Value Targets). and thats all good, but ii think 9/11 gave us an excuse to go over there and start a war. we wanted to because of oil, but that just gave us an excuse. i dont think they should cut teachers and their paychecks cuz they already make shit money, like some teachers only make 30 grand in a year, my parents make that in like 2 months (not exactly sure). and i think i speak for every1 when i say our school system is going to shit. cuz our gov't keeps cutting school benefits and funding shit. i just think the next generation is going to be completly screwed. did you parents vote for Obama.Biden? or McCain/Palin?

I strongly disagree with this idea. First of all, the federal government has no power over the salaries of public school teachers, that's a state problem – and those are salaries that need to be raised, if anything. You'd save more money if you cut/consolidated actual government positions and departments, rather than just jobs. There are a lot of unnecessary branches of the federal government that the states can and should have the responsibility of running for themselves.

The "job creator" argument is just pretentious and flawed. It pisses me off when Bill O'Riley tries to make himself look like a good person by calling himself a "job creator". Employers won't automatically hire more people with that extra money. They'll only create as many jobs as they need, and save the added income they get from tax breaks – which is a good thing, yes. I agree that taxes should be cut (not right away, but over the next 10 years), but not for that reason. You have to realize that businesses only hire the bare minimum number of people they need, so they can maximize their profit. Tax cuts don't equal jobs.
Over time, as more economic stability is achieved, taxes should be cut for all brackets, not just the top. Consumer spending by the middle class makes up an enormous percentage of the U.S.'s GDP – it usually hovers around 70%. This country's economic foundation is the middle class, not the upper class – it always has been.

The unemployment rate and outsourcing problem are both results of a large number of problems with the American economy. It's not all about government intervention and taxation. It can't really be pinned down on one reason, and while I'm sure some businesses fire employees because of taxes, I wouldn't say it's the majority of them.
It just irks me when people act like the rich are the only ones who need to be freed from taxes. The lower classes, the "95%" if you will, are the ones who drive this economy. You can't fix a national problem by focusing on one tiny group of people.

Are you kidding me! Starting teachers make $40,000 a year, if they went to college for another few years and have 5+ years of experience the American teachers make up to $80,000 a year! My mom friend is a teacher and she and my mom were talking about how they make that much just for starting as a first year teacher ($40K). My parents wanted Huckabee. But they'd rather have McCain than Obama.

But they'll spend more with that extra money. Only big business owners would fire people in response to higher taxes.

My point was that the middle and lower classes are the ones who actually spend more with the money they get from tax cuts. It shouldn't be focused on only the rich.

Well they probably spend the same amount. Where I live, someone's buying a new Lamborghini every 2 years, whereas the middle class can only buy a new Toyota or whatever every 3-5 years. Middle class spends $200,000-$500,000 on a new house every 10+ years whereas the upper class buy a $1,000,000-$4,000,000 house every 5-10 years. Even though there's more middle lower class people, they spend all together as much as the upper class spends. My dads friend owns 8 casinos in Vegas and Atlanta (1 of 5 partners) and he remodelled his house for $1,000,000, people would get a new house for that much, or get 5 $200,000 houses for that much.

Germany for starters is doing well. I'd dare say as much as they're keeping a lot of Europe afloat.
Greece & Italy are seeing their tough times, but really, it's not the end for them. Wealth and power seems to spread between the nations (Think Africa, then Rome, Greece, until quite recently America). It's tough though - unemployment and debt is a major crisis.
In our country, our biggest flaw is wealth distribution and abuse on the welfare system..
First being the "single mum" benefit, where single mums can claim a benefit almost as good as a low-level part time job. It's created quite a few "divorces" and such, costs the country a heck load of money. Our health care system too, works great, costs great too.
I'd be on your side and say it's mostly in the wealthy, where the brains are to work and invest wisely but for the lower/middle class to have a chance, they need to have a level of protection, like new firms entering a market. Not only does a country need to cut costs, but needs to focus on reducing activity where large social and external costs occur. I'm not entirely against drugs or alcohol, but the problems associated with the abuse of these substances kinda scares me. Especially when I've been there and done it all.
There's no perfect government, in fact the ones in the spotlight rarely have brains. Each and every leader works to the favour and thinking of some and there's bound to be many "left out" per se. My mind isn't working at midnight I'm afraid..
I'll be thrilled to see how the world economy goes. It's gonna be one interesting ride coming for us :P

You can say this once you have been a teacher.
Not all people on welfare are lazy and don't want to work. Some can't find a job or can't work due to a disability.
Well of they can't find a job that's one thing. But if they have a disability it's not Americas problem, they should be living with family. People want everyone to have the same level of wealth, so there is only middle class no upper class or no lower class. Which will make America fall hard on its ass. Their has to be dynamics. Obama is wanting people to have one wealth class, middle class. The upper class are the ones supporting the jobs, not middle or lower class. Because of my dad, he has created 300+ jobs within his lifetime. Were moving to America because hes opening a company that will bring an additional 300+ jobs. Trust me, he doesn't want to live in America, especially with how it's been going.
Teachers make more than a chef does a yr, they get health care benefits as well as 180 days off. They still make $70,000 a year, they only work 7 hrs a day 5 days a week, while other people work 8+ hours a day 6 days a week, and get only a few weeks off for a vacation. Teachers have it easier than so many other people.
There was a survey with teachers in an American city, and it said would yo rather fire teacher aids and keep your pay the same, or get a reduced pay and keep the teachers aids and those teachers picked firing the aids and getting the same pay.
A teacher aid needs that job, but they wouldn't want a $2,000 decrease in their pay check to save those people from losing their jobs. That's pretty fucking selfish if you ask me.
Oh and teachers get an hour fucking prep time, so basically they work 6 hours a day. 185 days a year and still get vacation time of 180 days, and they get health care benefits which include dental visits, medical check ups, and medical needs like surgery or what not. And for that they make up to $80,000 a year. While a chef can..
Work 8 hours a day 6 days a week. Get 30 minutes for lunch (the only fucking break they get), get a few weeks of vacation time a year, work about 310+ days a year, and get no health benefits. And they get only about $60,000-$70,000 a year! Teachers can make more than that! If they were to cut 700 teachers (the amount of teachers in all of LA) pay checks by only abot $2,000 a year for 1 year the state can save an additional $1,400,000. Since 2008 all teachers aids have had a salary decrease of $3,000. Which means they only make about $15,000 a year, with health benefits (which they get a smaller pay check to pay for the health benefits). If they were to decrease 700 teachers pay checks by $2,000 a year for 5 years the state would be saving $7,000,000! Any money America can get would be great, especially when their in debt with china by $14,000,000,000,000. The National Debt has continued to increase an average of
$3.98 billion per day since September 28, 2007!
I believe America will turn out like the Roman Empire. It wa she biggest empire in the world in that day and it fell, I believe If America continues to be stupid dipshits (not everyone only the dipshit politicians who say keep spending and have a bigger government) it will become apart of china. Hell if china wanted they could take over America right now.

30% of americans are on welfare, and 70% of which are substance abusers who can't get jobs cuz they'd rather be junkies and crack whores. So thats more than 2/3rds of the people on welfare that my money is going to because their to friggin lazy to do shit.
Alright I'm not gonna argue
Just don't even bother, there's no point in arguing with the lower class liberals. They want everybody to be same, the same person making tens of millions off investments should earn the same as a crack whore at a homeless shelter. You should work for everything, not have money served on a sliver platter.
