its messing with my GCSE's and making me fail

it all started about three and a half years ago. this guy who used to be my friend would constantly grab at my legs under the table in class and grope at my boobs and butt. i asked him to stop but he continued. he stopped for a little while until last august. i told my fiance who got me to go to the police and obviously i got a lot of gried for that.

everything died down, he was found guilty and now has a record til hes 18.... 2 years... :/

he then sent me an email effing and blinding about how i had ruined his life and it was all my fault. i didnt respond to this but showed my family and the student support team at my school.

then on tuesday i had an exam so i gave my 1 month old phone to my mate to look after forgetting she sat next to him. i recieved it back with scratches a few mms deep and someone saying she gave it to him cos he wanted revenge. she claimed it had fallen on the floor and got scratched this way.

after i found this out i spoke to a mate who is also her mate..... she told me she wasnt getting involved and wanted to hear no more. so i left it. i then logged on to fb to find a status from her saying how she was gonna stick by her mate and basically pointing me out to be the one in the wrong. a few of my friends commented on the status in her favour and i just dunno what to do!

im going to speak to the witness tomorrow and ask them to write a statment. however by doing this am i just lining myself up for more?? am i doing the right thing?? :'(

Of course!!!!!! If they are harassing you then you have every right to go to the police. Perhaps another telling off from the police will get them to stop.
