Torn Muscle?

My friend has been refusing to do work in school lately and it has been really getting to me so i said "You need to stop being so stubborn!" He got his hand on the side of my face and rammed it into a wall, The school are very worried of me and sent me home straight away as i was refusing but they won.
So anyway since he has done that, I can't talk, I can't drink, I can't eat, And below my ears are hurting and i can't lick my lips.
Earliersr i could get an appoinment by the dentist was Monday, But the pain hurts too much to do so.
It is really stressing me out as i called him one name and now i can't do anything with my mouth.
So yeah have i torn a muscle or something? I am not good with bones and muscles so i am just guessing please help though the pain is becoming unbareable.
Forgot to mention my jaw rapiteadly clicks even with no movment from time to time it has never done that before.

Yeah buddy, I really think you have done something to your Jaw (Mandible) its a bone which can be dislocated, or Subluxation (Partial Dislocated). If you have pain near the front of your ears, that usually means there is something wrong with your jaw, and the other symptoms you described back that up. Go to the doc's, or StatCare (something similar).

Get it looked at.

Like i said i can't till Monday ha ha seems like no place will take me till then :(
Thanks for your help though :) I got a bit better with talking though i still cannot do anything else, I am trying to be optimistic about it though the pain puts it down but as least i can still smile :) Though that hurts ha ha.

Idk if it'd work...but a milkshake or something really cold that won't require you to open your mouth would help reduce the inflammation and some of that pain.
