Ok so I'm a 14 year old boy and I like a girl in my school. We don't have any classes together but sit next to eachother during lunch. she has told me herself that she likes me and I have told her that I like her.

Here's the problem, she has a boyfriend. She has told me that the relationship is going bad and she plans on breaking up with him soon but she can't because he lost his phone. I am wondering how long do I wait to ask her out after they break up so I don't seem like the rebound. Also I would like to ask her to be my valentine so how long ahead do I ask her and what do I do when I ask her?

Thanks please ask any questions I will do my best to answer them

Communicate. Such a simple concept is lost on so many of you people nowadays. Communication is a lovely thing, and it can iron out wrinkles in just about any relationship-related scenario. Talk to her about it. If you can't communicate with her about this, you can't expect a healthy relationship with her.

so she cant break up with her current bf because he lost his phone? lol

as they said before, talk to her about this. a lot of people come here asking for advices when the only solution is to talk to the other person about the problem.
