sleeping without sleeves. HELP.

im going to have to sleep with no long sleeves, well with long sleeves, but that will roll down, what do i do? i need to hide them? should i stay up for the night so no one sees them? HELP

go to sleep in a hoodie would solve your problems. and i don't understand why wearing a longsleeve wouldn't cover you.

Staying up for the night is not the right option. ive tried that but you will feel rubbish tomorrow. How about wearing a jacket or jumper, something that wont roll down, put elastic or hair bands round the bottom of the sleaver to keep them from coming up.
Please dont stay up because you will regret it and its likely to mess up your sleeping patern which will cause more problems.

I wear vest tops and stuff to bed I have cuts all up my arm that I don't want people seeing but if I fall asleep with my arm under the cover it usually stays there. If I stay at a friends I wear a hoodie I don't quite understand why you can't wear something sleeved is there a particular reason?

But as was suggested if you want to keep the sleeves down on something use elastic bands or the equivalent.

If you could be more specific in what you're having to sleep in and why you might get more helpful responses.

Well long sleeves do cover me its just unless i have my one top with thumb holes, they role up, but ill try your ideas:) thanks
