Here in the UK we've just been given a weather warning, saying it could drop to -10 degrees. I have chronic asthma, and my chest is really irritated by the cold, my school is still sorting out my care plan, witch will hopefully mean ill get a transport van thing to school, but for now, I have to walk.
My teachers at school get worried in the summer when I go outside without a jumper, especially in PE, as im just stood there freezing.
Is there anything I can do to help? Should I stay home when its this cold?
Can anyone help me?

Try wearing a scarf, a large one. You should be able to cover your face to warm the air that goes into your lungs.

-10??!! Oh what a joy this week is going to be. I get cold really easily so these are some if the things I've been told to do and youve probably heard them all before but just incase. Wear multiple layers and I'm talking lots of tops underneath your blouse, thick jackets, scarves, hat, gloves you know the drill. Keep moving all the time, don't just stand still freezing your toes off. Eat lots of hot foods and drinks, they will give you energy and keep you warm. You can buy little heat pads if you really need them but I'm not sure they do much.
Sorry not sure that I helped but just giving it a go anyway.
