I know I am devastated. I know the place in my heart for Harry Potter will never be replaced, and I know I still have so much to do before the adventure is really over. I still feel like I'm missing a friend, another soul. I have written fan letters to all the stars. I have met Emma Watson. I have went to the premiers of the two deathly hallow movies. There is still so much more though. Go to Harry potter world in Orlando. To to the Harry potter exhibit in London. And so much more. I just wanted to know what made you the most sad when HP ended

Not exactly devastated, but still kind of sad, like my childhood died
also sad that the next generation won't know what it's like to grow up with th HP ceries

The book ending was more emotional than the movie by a log shot. But I must say I actually moved on pretty quickly. It was a good series though. I think the reason Rowling won't do another series is because it won't be what HP became. There'll be too much riding on her to write something on that scale.

For me, I feel a very empty place in me, because Harry Potter was something I grew up with, quite exactly. I remember being nine and seeing Philosopher's Stone for the first time in the cinema. Up till being nineteen and seeing DH Part 2 at midnight. And then having that routine being taken away. There won't be a HP film in July or November this year. It's done. It's hard to believe. Everyone was talking about this when the book came out but I didn't really feel it of course because there was still content being made, films being released. Ten years of reading the books, watching the films. And now it just feels like the concerts I've been to. You have memories and lasting tokens but it's hard to remember what it was like exactly, it just feels like a dream. Though I'm a Death Eater supporter all the way, it's almost like losing a friend in Harry, Ron, and Hermione. You grow up with these characters and they become canon in your life.

I still need to watch the Order of the Phoenix, the Half-Blood Prince, and Deathly Hallows Part 1 :/ I read all the books though
but yeah I'm pretty sad that it's over :/

*wave of angst*
Harry Potter is just one of those things whose world I honestly always wanted to just fade into. Shall be sorely missed. I don't really mind the thought of them doing re-makes. They'll never be as good as before, but I'd definitely audition!
