So basically I've had this stinking lower back pain, almost on my right side of my waist for a week. It was crippling literally. So I stayed put and my dad gave me some prescription anti inflamatory's. They seemed to do the trick but it actually just shifted to my right buttock/upper leg. The pain is slowly intensifying the more I move everyday and it's spreading down my leg. Any idea what the heck is going on? It's been 2 and a half weeks now with no improvement.

Also I can't get rid of my nose constantly running or being blocked up. All this is really exhausting me and I can't miss work which makes this unbearable. Any body know reliefs or slow (fast if they're safe) healing methods I could try to get done of this complete mess of a state I'm in. This has been going on for about 3 weeks.

Go to you doctors as soon as possible. Or even better yet, go to the ER. That type of back pain could mean that you have a pinched nerve, or something even worse. Get it checked out so you can really know what is wrong with you.

Well I checked with the doctor and the doctor said it was sciatica. Of course he prescribed medications have touched it in this last couple weeks so I got a Chiropractor to do a house call and check me out and he said it was a prolapsed disc! Not only that but my posture has been brought on by collapsed arches! I wish I knew this crap before this pain happened.

Thanks. I feel like a decrepit old man now. Hobbling along with my right side dragging along. Feels like someone's karate kicked my back with all they've got.
