When I started puberty I gained some weight but I lost most of it after some time. I play hockey so that probably helped me lose it faster too.

What height are you? I remember a while back when i started puberty buti didn't grow so I was getting fatter and not growing taller.
Then, I started to grow and the weight fell off. So when you start growing, you will lose it.
6'2 195lbs ive lost a lil weight but im still "fluffy":whoops:

at the start of puberty, i noticed i was a lot bigger than i am now...
I had a little "fluff", but i really slimmed down, i think most guys do.
Now im under average and pretty happy

When I started I gained some weight but I just lost it once I got set into the swing of things. I reccomend a weekly sport such as football or something.

Puberty can increase your muscle mass and that in turn will cause you to be heavier. If that is the only thing happening you shouldn't look fat and there is no need to worry about the weight gain.
If you can see you are getting fatter then you can try eating less, eating a better diet (more fruit and veg, less fat and sugar) and taking more exercise.

Well im 13,120, and 5'4. Im built cuz i play a lot of sports. If you're just starting puberty, theres no reason of much to lift, just do cardio excercise, and eat healthy

Its normal. You are suppose to gain some weight and look a little bloated when starting puberty, but then after a while you start slimming out. When I was about 12, I had the most weight than I ever did. Then once you start growing, you will stretch and slim up. I am A LOT slimmer than I used to be (15 now, started slimming up when I was 13-15). Dont worry, just give it time, but I guess working out could help weight loss, but I dont know.

Usually with puberty, you lean out more. That is if you were eating 2,000 calories a day or so.
But they created the coolest thing to lose weight, whenever people ask and I tells them they're like wtf is that possible? And I say hell ya! So this thing I'm a out to tell you can make you lose up to 20-30 lb in a year, or even more! So you just do it 5x a week........ Exercise and dieting! The exercise part is free too! 3 days of cardio, 2 days resistance, high protein diet.
