How did you meet and become an item(dating)? Are there any interesting stories?

Liz has been my friend ever since I moved out here and I've developed a thing for her over time. I met her initially through university. Well, my feelings for her grew and I had decided to vent about it to my cousin in December '10 and she said to go for it and tell her, that at the very least she'd still stay friends with me if not more. And sharing my feelings with Liz led to finding out she also had feelings for me. So we did kind of start unofficially "going out" very casually until I worked up the courage to tell my now ex-husband that I just wasn't happy in a straight relationship. So I was made to sleep on the sofa for awhile and eventually went to live with Liz. Best decision ever.
