Theyre spandex. You should be able to get them in Australia.

A compression-wear brand which IMO, is a little overpriced for what it actually provides its users. They should be available in Australia, but Australia has it's own brand called 2XU, which I know is at least good for endurance sports like road cycling, and it probably a bit cheaper than under-armor too. SKINS is also another similar athletic brand which you might want to have a look at.
