Uh, I would imagine so given that it's so easy to obtain music from pretty much anywhere.

In the words of Robin Williams: Music is the invisible, harmonic bonds between all living things....

So in essence I would assume so....Robin is never wrong....

Well yeah, and also there's generally a larger amount of people in foreign countries who are bilingual than in countries with English as their primary language. Many Europeans know English.

Just as American, Canadian, and English music are commonly listened to in each of those countries, European countries have their own music and American music as well.

Look around a site like this (http://www.musicharts.net/index.php?cat=charts). American music dominates more than you'd expect. Actually, as far as the international charts go, it's probably at least 80% American.

You're not really telling me anything I didn't know here Rith... :P It is an interesting link I didn't mention though, English is the language that governments ensure schools teach the children as it is the language of many world superpowers (the same way many schools in developing countries now teach Chinese) - in the hope it will boost the country economically. I guess this is just an effect from that
