no i would never shower with another guy. i tend to stay away from the showers in the locker room. my pe classes are at the end of the day so i mainly just slip on pants and be done with it. put some deodorant on till i get home and then shower

In a public setting like a locker room, yes, in a private setting no, and in either case I'd say it's weird to comment on each others' genitals unless it's very infrequent comments and you're very very close friends/family members.

I guess I showered with my dad as an infant, but not since then. I shower at the local gum and its open but people know it's too weird to say anything. Never had to shower at school.

At school in the locker room after PE or soccer or baseball. I suppose once in a while someone makes some kind of joke comment about someones junk but other than that no one comments. My brother, dad, and I all swim and workout at the YMCA regularly. If we are there at the same time we shower together but no comments.
