Mine hasn't and it's been several months since we've gotten intimate. For my guy, I just straight out asked him and he said it usually takes him a while to jack off, and he does it a lot making it almost impossible for him to cum in the time period we have to fool around. He then moved to jacking off only about once a week and it made it a lot easier for him to come, so maybe it could help you too
