I've noticed lots of racism around here. In white padded room, in visitor messages, diaries blogs etc/ People using terms like nigger, nignog, etc. It needs to stop, right now.

While I agree that racism is a terrible thing, it's almost all in good fun: it isn't meant to ofend and very few people take offence. Honestly, I'm not very comfortable using racial slurs either but I'm fine with jokes about Jewish people, or Americans, or white people, and have asian friends who laugh at jokes about asians, and we've really just become desensitized towards it.
It's not a big issue unless it's intended to offend someone.

Sigh, this again. Offense, if it must be taken at all, should be taken based on context and author's intent, not the word itself. No one here is calling people niggers, etc. with malicious intent, so there's no reason to get uptight about it. Bitching about it will just make you a nigger target.

They are almost like rape jokes, or jokes about something that people cannot change. Like, jokes about physical, or mental disorders.

Everyone has jokes made about them, not in a bad way. I know alot of people who actually laugh at jokes on their race. I'm Scottish and quite personally kill myself[laughing] at some of the jokes we get thrown. It's all light hearted, within reason. Blatant racism is never good, and quite frankly at times disgusts me. If i ever come across racism i think is out of order i would point it out as well. Just calm yourslef, most of it's to be taken with a pinch of salt♥
