So I come home from work today to find out my grandma has gone through my stuff and found all my cutting first aid and the diet pills I was taking. I pretty much went into shut down mode once she started talking. Feeling a lot of anger and trying to resist cutting as Im not suppose to be doing it anymore. I dont even know what to think.

What your grandmother did was wrong, but maybe she did it because she was worried about you. I'm not going to tell you what to feel, but just know that she might do things because she wants to help you, not because she wants to punish you. Then again, she could have done it better.
Maybe try talking to her and tell her that you would have rather she not talked about it to your family, and instead talked to you about it privately. Maybe she shouldn't have done it in the first place, and she definitely shouldn't have told your family, but at least you can get help now, right? And just talk. I'm starting to talk, and it's a lot easier.

To have your privacy violated like that wasn't fair, no. But she probably didn't mean it maliciously maye suspected something was wrong and wanted to know what so she could help...
