I want to buy a few pairs, but I know that I will be criticized by all if they have a hint of info I would like some. For some reason, in the society in which I live, I have always been the targeted one to be made fun. I would have my brother buy me some and have me pay him back, but he will make fun of me forever, especially when we would have company. I cannot ask my parental units because we will get into a long discussion of why. I am always self-conscious of what people think of me. I can just picture me at he register, and receiving strange and critical looks or even poor judgement. What do you guys do?

go to a dicks sporting goods or a sports authority and buy them. they won't laugh at you, if they do they'll be fired.

I say just brush it off and buy them. Then wear 'em everyday if you want. If anyone asks or teases you, just nonchalantly say you like the breeze (it's halfway to going commando) and pretend not to give a shit.
If you wear it like you don't care what anyone thinks, you'll be less likely to take heat for it.

It's fine...Especially if a guy is at the register, he'll understand that you're just doin what you gotta do, but if you really are worried you could always get one from like Amazon and have it shipped to your house (if you have a debit card or something)
