Migraine

I've had this migraine ever since last class yesterday, I took my prescription pills for it, It did nothing.. I went to bed it was their. Woke up becasue of the pain. Now i'm finding it hard to keep my eyes open since I can feel the pain in my eyes.

I've taken my pills for it an hour or so ago, it has taken no effect and it normally takes 10 minutes to kick in.
My doctor isn't in the office on Saturdays, so it's not like I can make an appointment for today.
I've been drinking tea, which my mom said might help, but it's so strong it's making it worse..
Help?

It will go away eventually. Longest one I ever had was 4 days. Just drink lots of water and you will be ok :)

Honestly, I cannot give you any more advice than what has already been said other than try going to StatCare....

I get these a lot. You should at least take one day off to relax is a good start.

You should lay in your bed, and make sure its dark if you get the sensitivity to light, and make sure the doors are closed if you get the sensitivity to sound, and put a cold washcloth with icecubes over your eyes and take an excedrin and drink a coke. Excedrine contains a lot of caffeine which helps to get rid of headaches. The coke helps as well. Youre going to feel a little exhausted after the headache goes away which is usual.

It's the weekend so you know, resting all I can when I'm not working on homework..
I'm in my room in bed now, only thing on is VT but the light on very low..
My doors are always closed even if i'm out of the house.
I've been drinking water, how the others have suggested.
It's still the same.
I'll go out and get some coke, it's dark out so the sun won't be an issue.

It didn't work. Tried that all night and no luck. I didn't get any sleep becasue of it. I'm still suffering.

then you should see your doctor, I know this isnt what you want to hear, but they will give you a shot and that head ache is going to go away very quickly. They give it to the patients that have very very bad headaches. Though I noticed after I got the shot (I dont know if this is normal or not, but the area whre i got the shit was very sore) but make sure its something tat needs to be done which in this case it sounds like it needs to. Horrible.
Every sound be it loud or quiet makes me tear up from the pain.
