What's the program that allows you to upload a pic on a post?

I forget what program it's called. It's like a website or something.

Also, when I put up an Album and it says Private or Public. Does public mean public to VT members only or the whole world?

There's a few different sites you could use, the most popular being either http://photobucket.com/ or http://tinypic.com/ .
You could also upload the pictures as an attachment.

As far as your albums being public/private.... Public means any registered VT member can see your pictures, Private means only people you've added to your friends/contacts list can see the pictures.

I find Imgur (http://imgur.com/) to be the best because it's the simplest of the bunch.
