People say it's good because he did not want to worry the kids. I think he should have calmly walked out and addressed the nation in peril. He knew 9/11 was going to happen. How else would he justify his phony wars? With Katrina, he was told many times the leevys were weak and not going to hold in case of a major storm. Well he could have put some money toward fixing the leevys and less people would have died. Instead he just wanted to ignore the warnings.

Obama has past laws suspending those rights under certain sercomestances, and who decides what that sercomestances is the gov. So he is trying to make headway.

K now, I am not a Bush fan, but I have to defend the man in this aspect. 1. Bush left D.C. before anything happened. 2. If you forget, when the first plane hit no one was sure if it was terrorists or a major fuck-up. 3. You have no idea what he was told. In the midst of a terrorist attack, his Secret Service might have told him it was safest to just stay put for the time being. He also wasn't the strongest speaker, so do you really want to hear your President stumbling over words in a time of crisis? 4. Everyone knew 9/11 was going to happen it was a matter of when, there were so many reported attacks or plans for attacks. 5. Levees broke, apparently there were a design flaw, others say they are not meant to stop such large storms as Katrina was.
