I like this one person, lets say her name is Anna..
I've known that their has been feelings for this person for quite some time. We are really great friends, but I want to be more than friends. They way she make's me feel is amazing, Human like.
I really want to ask her out, But I feel that the feelings aren't reciprocal.
I really do want this. I love Anna.
Is their any way that I could maybe get those feelings back?
What I could do to make Anna feel the same way that I do?

Anyway, you could try to make your feelings more well known. Not by saying it directly but just hinting at it in the way you act and such, assuming Anna isn't oblivious to these cues ('cause I've seen quite a few people who don't seem to pick up such things).

The worst that could happen is she says no. I don't think you can ever make someone feel the same way if it doesn't happen naturally for them but it certainly wouldn't hurt to try and see if you can get that response from them.
