Not to be rude, but HAH. I wish I weighed that much when I was your age. They probably tell you to put on weight so that you wont look better than them all the time x3
Personally, up until I was 13, I weighed approx. 65-75. At 14, IIRC, I was at about 90. I'm 16 now, and weigh 117~. You're doing better than me on a weight-age proportional graph :3

You are all set for your age, don't listen to people that tell you that you are too skinny. I have a friend who is the same age as you and is 90 pounds and about 5'5. If you do want to gain weight though you want to gain weight in a healthy way. Which means you want to do so by gaining muscle weight which is health for you. You don't want to stuff your face with unhealthy foods because that can put you in a dangerous health zone.

If you still care about gaining weight, eat high-cal foods like pizza and donuts, or preferably something with a lot of protein, and don't do cardio but lift weights, since I assume you want to gain muscle mass, not fat :)

If you want to gain weight but don't want to become fat, start working out and using protein powder or other supplements (NOT STEROIDS, THEY ARE NOT A SUPPLEMENT THEY ARE A DRUG). Pre-workout I have a protein bar and a protein shake. Drinking raw eggs is a good source of protein. I usually whisk the eggs in a glass and have them before a work out if i'm out of protein bars/shakes. Protein will help you gain muscle mass and give you energy. I was a skinny kid when I was younger, i'm now 18 and i'm athletic and pretty muscular. I don't weigh much but i'll gain weight soon from the amount of muscle i'll build over the coming years.

Hi panpan1997,
Keeping your age, height and weight in mind I don't think you need to gain weight but I will advice you to do exercises or do join gym to build and tone muscles.

Definitely don't worry man.
Take it from someone whos BMI is in the underweight section, it's good for when you start working out.
I'm 6 ft and 55kg.
Instead if trying to out in weight, start working out and put on muscle.
Not only will people not call you skinny anymore (as if that would bother you?) and they will instead be jealous.

If you want to gain the weight the you must eat that things that are rich of with fat like red meat butter nuts and milk or milk product these type of foods are helpful in gain the weight because the fat is major part of weight.

If you're concerned about your weight only because you are slim then I dont think you have a problem. As long as you have enough energy and eat well then your weight is probably fine, and you have a bunch of time to gain more. If you think that you lack muscle however, I'd reccomend starting off with body weight exercises like pushups (on your toes or on your knees), squats, calf raises, pullups, etc. to help you build up some strength.
