Testicle hurts

My right testicles started hurting a lot today. I think it is this tiny red mark on it but its been there for a while... HELP

This is just a bit too complex to figure out over a forum like this. It would depend on how much pain you're having, among so many different other issues. If it hurts a lot and does not go away in an hour or so, you need to get to urgent care.

K thanks started hurting third period which is like 9 in the morning. It only hurts when pressure is applied on it

I don't really know much about, er, that part of the body but I would recommend seeing a doctor about it. If the issue has been there for awhile and hasn't gone away on it's own, it's better to see a medical professional about it.

Could be alot of things, could have worn to tight pants or jeans etc. Could be torsion, could be many things, see a doctor if it does not improve in the next hour or so. If it was torsion you would be in moderate to severe pain.

Is it the little red dot on your scrotum that causes pain? If so, it could be a pimple or an infected hair follicle or an ingrown hair. I would suggest going to a doctor if it keeps hurting.
