Is anyone familiar with it?
I have a french assignment and I have to use the site. Yeah, I don't have a clue how to use it..
Tips?

I find that it's overly complex to use and doesn't provide the necessary tools to make it all that useful. I find that most of the prezis are very unorganized. Typical presentations are sequential and very logical in flow of information, it's why they're still widely used in professional applications. For conveying memorable information and facts, simpler is better.

I'm finding that out too as I play around with it..
But If I would want do view "the path" Of the prezi, it wouldn't start at the beginning. It would go to number 2 or something.

It picks up where you left off int he last section. You can go to the beginning by clicking the back button in view mode or simply double clicking the first frame contents in view mode.

The next thing is in my editing my Prezi is moved around with it.
Makes the Prezi page look cluttered.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do you have a link that shows what's happening?
