Bump under lip?

So there's this bump that formed under my lip a day ago. I don't think it's herpes, or a bug bite. It's a hard, smooth, reddish brownish bump. It's not bleeding or swollen. No pus under it either. Is this normal, part of acne?

I get these from time to time. I haven't researched it, but I think it's bits of food that seep into your skin and form temporary acne. Just my guess :D

For me these go away in a day or two. No big deal :)

I'd recommend keeping an eye on it and tell your parent/guardian. You might need to see the doctor, it could be nothing....but it's better to be safe then sorry...
