Well, till I googled it I didn't know but it's getting yourself to the edge of cumming but then stopping then starting to jo again, then eventually cumming. I sometimes do this tho I didn't know till now its called edging. Yes, I find that you do get a better orgasm this way but I wouldn't say you get more jizz. Worth a try.

repetition is the best way to get better at it. just keep getting close and backing off. if you bust a nut, wait til later and try again.
