is it possible to use a sick note to cover your notice period?

basically i need to put in a sick note for a week to get my meds sorted out, the doctor is happy to do this but if i put my sicknote in because i am still in probation i will be sacked. im quitting my job anyway but my boss is a bully and i dont want to work my notice with her knowing also

any advice at all would be greatly appreciated.

So this didn't make any sense to me and after reading it ten times, I figure you mean that:

You have one week left of where you are working, and want to give a note to your boss saying you can't work? Just quit, it's silly to get a note for it, you won't get paid for working.

If that isn't what you meant...Please explain in better detail.

My boss is a bully and has made it pretty clear that she doesnt want me in her team. she has tried to sack me but i have been on my best behaviour so she has no reason to to wind her up.
however iv wanted to quit for a while but i wanted to quit and say i was going to a better job for better money (kkind of like an "in your face!" moment) but it hasnt been that bad until the coments she has been making towards me today. that have really stressed me out
my probation allows for 2 periods of sickness and i am on 3 different types of mood stabolizers that make me drowsy (and fall asleep) and really sick. he is strongly advising me to take a week off to sort them out and to kind of recharge, i think. but if i hand this in she will fire me when i get back.
i want to quit so bad but i dont want to hand in my notice and have to work with her for a week knowing how bad she is treating me already. i dont care enough about the job or about minimum wage to fight her. so im trying to find out if i can hand my sicknote in and my notice at the same time so i dont have to see her. or be sacked.

does this make anymore sense? im trying to cram 6 months into a short story lol.
