Acne medication; google it if you want to. Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, your grocery store should have a plentiful supply. aftershave? wtf lol no I wouldn't think it would help

Aftershave opens pores, so it will help, but probably won't work on its own. I suggest you wash your face with a rough towl, then put some zit creame. Try Wallgreen's or something, genaric is peobably the best deal though. Also, like I said, after shave opens pores, but there are better ways of doing this, so I would try something else.

It depends what substances the aftershave contains; buy some special cream.

if the aftershave has alcohol in it it might work...idk never heard of using it. I have used rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to get a zit to the surface so it would pop. I've been told that popping them isn't a good idea but looking at a big nasty zit aint my thing either.

Aftershave might irate it due to its chemical makeup. I would recommend Panoxyl or some other type of benzoyl peroxide. It’s magical that stuff.
