Just wanted to know, does your doctor conduct a physical while you are naked, in just underwear, wearing everything but a shirt, or fully clothed?

Depends on his choice, I personally have never been fully nude at the doctors yet, usually ive stripped down to my underwear thats it.

See, I've heard that people often have their physicals naked, but I'm not exactly sure how that works... For me, I wear my underwear for most of the time and when my doc needs to check my genitals, I pull my underwear down for like 10 seconds as he checks stuff and then pull them back up. Is anyone actually completely naked the entire time, including when the doc is just checking your blood pressure and eyes and nose and mouth? Because it seems unnecessary to me for a patient to be naked during those parts of a physical.

At my school they have a night during the summer where a bunch of doctors volunteer and they do physicals for all athletes. They set up the gym in stations. You strip to boxers and put your clothes in a locker and go into the gym and go from one station to another. You do have to strip naked at one station where you bend forward and they check your whole spine (not sure why you have to be naked for that but you do). And at another station you drop your boxers and stand therre while the doctor does the turn your head and cough thing then you lay down naked on a table while he check you penis and balls closer and your abdomenal muscles. But your in your boxers for the rest.

No, we just wait in line and there are usually two doctors and one of us go at a time to each one. The awkward part is that there is no privacy because we are in open room so you can see everyone getting exam. But we are usued to it because of showers, lucky they do it team by team and not all teams at once.
