How did you learn to drive?

I started on gold carts when i was 10-12, i used to drive them allll them time playing golf and i loved it!

at 12 i started driving my dads car around my neighborhood

at 13 i learned stick in the countryside. im not amazing...lol

at 14, i got a game called Test Drive Unlimited 2 and went crazy. it actually taught me a lot..

not with my permit i drive all the time with my parents giving me tips and stuff.


second question, how fast have u gone?
i was driving to vegas with my uncle and he has a BMW M5. i went legit crazy and did like 130 before he told me i had to slow down to 100. best time of my lifeeee

I do remember watching my grandfather some days.

I was never really put behind the wheel till the summer of '10 after my Europe trip..
It was on a high way. Not very busy..

But ever since then, whenever I go up to my Nana's And Papa's They let me drive... Since it's the country, it's 30minutes to town.. Including a major highway..

I went out, got my permit, then drove the car.

I've taken my 1998 Honda Accord (4 cylinder, 150HP, 4spd auto) to 117MPH, but then a car merged in front of me so I had to slow down. I figure there are still a few MPHs there, but my wheel bearings are gone to shit so I don't/can't take it above 95 any more.
The fastest I have been in a car is with my friend in his 2000 BMW 323i. We hit about 140MPH.

driving isnt hard at all.you can do it in 2 weeks if you really try hard.

When i was < 10 i used to sit on my dads lap and drive around our old neighboorhood.
Drove hella golf karts and had a go kart for awhile.
Got my permit, drove frequently.
Drive everyday now.

Fastest ive gone is 160 in my friends merc, but it has a limiter there so :(
Car can go close to 200 i wanna hit that someday.

Never driven anything before I wad 17 and was old enough for a licence.....took ages learning due to anxity stuff but now love driving and drive hundreds of miles a week. :). Driving isn't difficult.....driving under pressure for the test is though!

I have driven my friends car a little in quiet country roads at night... I say a little, probably drove it too much with no insurance and no license (needless to say I am ineligible for both)... maxed out 80mph on a nice straight bit of road with minimal pot holes which is just about 130kph for you guys. Not bad for someone with very little experience and no license :P

I have been driving since I was 10. Dad started me up in the bush, then I started to drive a bit on the roads.
When I got my learners, I didn't need any instructions because I had more experience than someone who have had their full license for two years. But I only was allowed to drive by myself when I got my P plates.
I have only driven Automatic once, but my parents both have manuals.

I am actually buying a Ford Fairmont, which only came in Automatic.

I learnt how to actually operate a vehicle by driving a clapped out old Ford Mondeo round my parent's big field :D I then had about 4 months of lessons with a proper driving instructor when I was 17 before I got my basic car licence.

ive been driving motorbikes since 9 on my uncles farm but he has an old transit van so he lets me drive around in it and i managed to get to about 70 in it (really pushing it) so i first learned how to drive when i was about 11 when i could just touch the pedals and my my dad just taught me. I can drive like but not on roads :(

Lawnmower since iwas 6 or 7, the neighbor would start up the rider and let his kifs and i take turns driving. But other wise its been a few times in random vheicles of my parents. And my dad is a mechanic, so he will push a vheicle into the shop with his truck, and i have to steer the vheicles. But i got alot of my practice and fun from the mowers. Lol

I used to sit in my dad's lap and "drive" when I was 5. I learned most of my driving on our four-wheeler that I stated driving by myself around 8 years old. And then later on my parents taught me how to drive a car on country backroads.
