Well i used to be a HUGE meat eater it was all i ate, But now, I kinda see that as canableism and in the past few months my meat eating is slowly droping.
Like now with roast dinners i just have potatos and yorkshire puddings and thats me done but i just had some Chicken now and i feel ill from it and i could not eat it! But i still cannot resist McDonalds and KFC which i HATE myself for.
But i also am having an eating issue lately and do not eat Vegitables so if i am stopping eating meat, I am screwed.
So is this kind of a faze i am going through? If not is there anyway i can speed up the process? Because i hate myself for eating meat but like i said, Some i cannot resist, Thanks in future :)
I know were there is the confusion now! The doctors know i have an eating disorder as i have seen a lot of them but the meat thing is not the disorder it is the not eating and only eating certain things which i loose the love of, Not eating infront of most people and having toilet problems after most eating, Sorry if you still disagree but i got the doctors apporvel, But sorry for the confusion.

I think its just a phase, you're prob just tired of meat, try taking a break from it for awhile. I went through a similar time, I didn't eat meat for 3 months, I just didn't want to. After that I couldn't stay away from it. Your body just probably needs more vegetables and less meat.

Eating Disorders  Cooking and Food

I don't think this an eating disorder, as said above, it sounds just like a food phase. You'll grow out of it eventually, or you'll work it into your lifestyle if you want to be vegetarian. However it doesn't seem like you're trying to/want to be vegetarian, so chances are you will grow out of it. :)

I'm just guessing your body just needs more veggies. and it's not cannibalism, by the way. cannibalism is eating your own species :/

Eat plenty of veggies, fruits, grains and protein like from nuts or soy if you're dropping meat out of your diet :) A good combination is peas and rice. It has veggies and grain and protein!

Ha ha sorry if this is too much info, But i can't eat foreighn food, It is not a racist issue as i have a Malaysian stepmum and a South African aunt (None of us are related except my dad and uncle met these people), But everytime i eat something Chinese, Malaysian or even the smell of it, It REALLY gets to me and i need to go to the toilet so Rice does the same,Thanks for the ideas for the other stuff though :)

I think that this is your body telling you to eat more veggies, similar to pregnancy cravings, so try to find ways to eat veggies. I'm personally a vegetarian, but am not going to proselytize, just tell you that it gets easier if you don't outgrow the phase. I didn't. :)

For us cannibalism is eating other people. You are definitely not a cannibal.

You need to eat vegetables. As a vegetarian, I eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and it sounds like you need to eat some of those as well. You're fibre intake is probably fickle due to your meat eating stanza.

I think the simple answer is just cut down on your meat intake and eat more vegetables and fibrous grains and breads.
