1st of all, if you're 14 you're almost definitely capable of cumming.
2nd of all, you shouldn't piss on accident while you jack off. that isn't normal. but if it happens, just piss before you start.
3rd there are many ways. masturbation is sort of an art, for the most part you have to figure it out yourself. But what most people do is just grab their dick with their fist and slide the skin on it up and down quickly.
