I'm 15 and I have a penis length of 8 inches and today I was taking a bath and it looked like my dick grew to atleast 10 inches. Also my balls became really loose and I don't know why it happens it's only when I'm in a bath. Can someone explain this?

I know about the water affecting how it looks but it was actually out of the water! That's the weird thing

Well it is still wet, as long as there is water on it it will appear bigger.
And also where the hell are you measuring from 10" is scarcely believeable.

sometimes that happens to me. i'll trip out on how big my dick looks, and whether it actually temporarily gets bigger, or i'm just seeing it i dont know. But it's never permanent. Your balls got loose because you were taking a hot bath.

The water makes it appear bigger, its something called refraction. As for your scrotum and testicals, they 'sag' more when your warm to keep the right temperature. Thats also the reason they come close to your body when youre cold.
