Never been able to do it, can't say as I'm particularly interested, but if it's wrong then so is using your hand, if you want to be all logical about it. Just don't hurt yourself.

It's not wrong. I use anything I can find to help me get that low. I'm as flexible as a rock. If you can, kudos.
