Will it always be this hard?

I just started therapy again...I find it really really hard, I almost broke down in tears about 3 times. Is always going to be this hard?

I haven't cut in 4 days though, yay. Improvement on 3+ times a day... :shock:

I hate therapy 2....i had 2 go to the Hospital 1ce and i really hated it

I've been to the hospital a couple times on suicide watch and once from an attempt

.....I found it boring and the food sucked

I don't think there's a single hospital on this planet that serves decent food
