I would say that you shouldn't bring it up unless he does. If he wants to talk about it, then maybe you should come out to him (if you trust him). I know from experience that its kinda nice to have someone know about your sexuality. Plus he may come and ask you if you're gay. The fact that you got turned on when he mooned you makes it pretty obvious. But, if he doesn't say anything to you, then be grateful and let it go.
