You might want to reword your question to something like suggesting sex with a girl. Because you can NEVER make someone have sex with you, 9 times out of 10 it would be considered rape.

Maybe casually converse about the general subject of sex and slowly one step at a time specify your words until you can ask her if she wants sex with you.
