custom titles

I've seen people with custom sayings below their user names, like where mine says "member". I noticed it changes at a certain amount of posts, is there a certain amount I have to have to be able to do this? If not, how can I do/get this?

Once you reach 2500 posts you get the ability to change your user title :)

Good point. It's all really about the quality, not the quantity. However, the system cant tell. However spamming your way to 2500 = not cool.
