Yeah man, you just have to sort of set a time and stick with it. I'm busy too, but I will do it right before I got to sleep, or if I'm really tired or something I'll go in the shower. But I don't really care for it much in the shower...

Yeah, I'm the same as you. When I do have time, it sometimes crosses my mind, but soometimes I can't be bothered. But in our case, it feels better and the load is bigger ;)

Is everything in your schedule compulsory? If so how - that's a fairly unusual situation.

If all the optional things in your schedule bring you more pleasure than masturbation would then by all means carry on as you are. If not then you could make time by doing less of something else.
