Sperm cells won't last that long in the open air, especially on a dry surface like your hand. It's likely they'll die pretty soon. Also there are usually about 20-40 million sperm cells in an ejaculation, and even then couples often have to try several times to actually conceive a child. If you had say a small number of sperm cells on your finger that are likely dead from your last ejaculation, it's unlikely you putting your finger in someone's vagina will make much difference. The sperm won't be travelling with any speed, so won't really make it's way very far into the vagina and it's likely they will be dead and in very small quantities in the first place. It may just be best to void any risk whatsoever and wash your hands, but in reality the chance of pregnancy from this is very small.
