Actually no, at least where I live it's not. Where I live there's only a law against if you're 8 years younger than your sexual partner. PS im not living in cali, that's only where im from...

yea there different standards everywhere. one place i lived, u werent legally allowed to consent to sex until u were 16, so if u were under that age and had sex wit someone over then ur parents file a rape change on the person.
