I only hurt by my armpits and back. I really know I did a good back workout. But for my chest my side of the armpits hurt. But the area around my nipples don't. Aren't my whole chest supposed to hurt if I did a good workout? When I have my arm across like I stretch them across each other it hurts. Bt only by my armpit area, not my main chest. Why? How long does it take to get nice pecs? Can you notice when pecs are being built if you have about 10-13% body fat? After doing 3 workouts a week how long does it take to decrease by 1 body fat percentage? (intense workouts)

Not necessarily. Depending on how long you've been doing this, you gradually stop feeling the pain from your workouts. I'm not a huge expert on this but any significant change in your body will likely take awhile but if you stick to it, you will see it. Patience is the key.

However, try not to strain yourself in an effort to make things go faster. This doesn't help and can result in injury which just sets you back more. Good luck and don't worry too much about not feeling it. I'd rather it take a little longer to get the results you want than to be in pain from it.
