So my foreskin is in the process of separating from the glans. What happens is the small connecting skin from the foreskin to the glans is thin sometimes and I stretch it so it separates. The small part of the glans sting and it becomes red and raw. A couple days later, it heals. Is this suppose to happen(stretch, raw/red, heal, cycle repeats)? Or is it suppose to separate on its own without me stretching it? I really don't know what to do right now.

You are supposed to bathe in warm water and stretch your foreskin but don't force it so that it hurts eventually it should seperate on itz own. I don't think it should hurt for a period of time but being cut myself isn't much help I'm sure.

Well i can't really bathe, but when i stretch it, it does separate because the cells seem to already "dissolve" or thin down to the point where it can easily separate. I don't yank on it i just stretch it and it comes off

Mine was the same, I could only pull it back all the way without it hurting last year. I asked my dad because I thought there was somthing wrong, and he told me to pull it back slowly in a hot bath. It worked. It tool a couple of months for it to go back without hurting. Now its good. It was so embarrasing asking my dad about that.

Why do you pull it back in a hot/warm bath?
