Okay, when I go to warmer places than my home state of Massachusetts, my balls actually hang, but in MA, even in the summer, they don't hang at all and they are kind of crisp and they stick to my penis. Any thoughts? 14 yrs, 5' 9", 7.5" hard, 3" soft.

your balls will "sag" if your body is warmer its because your body temp goes up and your body drops your balls lower to cool them so your sperm doesnt die off from the heat not sure what your height and penis size had to do with this but i guess if you want to tell everyone then thats up to you

thats weird. it should "crisp" during winter cause they get closer to the body when cold.
