So I know after your body gets used of working out it doesn't become sore anymore, but I liked being sore because then I knew I got a good wokeout. I've been doing p90x so it changes workouts every 3 weeks so I don't get a bad plauteu or whatever. but even if I'm not sore or anything do I still build muscle after a good workout? Am I building less than I would being sore? so if I'm not sore I still built muscle right?

Sorry for errors I'm on my iPod ahahaha :D

Probably when i'm sore. When i'm at the gym to give the overall total feel of a good day of working out, i take a shower, and get in the sauna, and you feel like a bodybuilder

I'm sure you still do. Your body gets accustomed to it eventually, just make sure to pump in water & protein and you'll be sweet. I only become "sore" when I don't stretch and cool down afterwards. I hate that soreness even if it feels like I'm growing, even driving becomes a bitch.

For me I love the soreness. Because it shows that I worked as hard as I can. But I also hate it cause it makes me less able to move haha

the best thing to do is variety. Different exercises, so your body doesn't get accostumed to the workout. You have to shock your muscles.

If you don't get sore, don't feel bad. I don't really feel sore, but I feel the burn under the workout. But my advice is; higher weights Or more reps. Depends on what you are training for.

Protein is needed by your muscles to grow and develop. I ain't no nerd on this topic but it's used for gaining size and muscle. Protein takes long to break down in your body though, I'd suggest if your metabolism is slow, keep the carbs going too.

Also get a routine down, and maybe do weights, running, or whatever you workout is then keep it the same routine, but have one day that you change up what you do.

Protein is good, but I usually have a powerade after every workout (+ water while working out) for hydration and a sustagen.
Not sure if it's a worldwide product, but it is not just protein, but a bunch of other things that your body uses to work out, like salts and vitamins and stuff, it's also healthier for you. Protein is better for bulking up but sustained gives enough to bulk up naturally whilst still giving back more things to your body.
That's what my PT told me.

I was told to stay away from Powerade and that sorta "energy" drinks lol, hilarious right? I only ever have water all day. Occasionally other shit like coke and juice and stuff, alcohol at parties, but water works for me best and I drink no less than 3 litres a day now.

Energy drinks like Monster, Rockstar Yes. But Powerade Isotonic, which isn't an 'energy' drink, is very good after a workout. Whilst it does have high sugar, is extremely important for repleneshing body fluid, and not just fluid, but sodium and salts.
