Well I've done that and it seems like everyone walking around has these humongous low hanging ball and it seems like to me that they all have a semi hard on. Then sometimes it actually starts poking out a bit. Do you think that they make themselves horny to imprress people? And after I workout my dick is so small compared to normal and I've actually tried to get a semi but my penis wouldn't get turned on. How do they do it? Is it normal that I can't? I honestly would not worry about comparing penal sizes to other people. If anyone asks you about your size, or laughs at the fact that it's only 2 in. flaccid, then just tell them that "It's not the size of the boat, it's the motion of the ocean."

As people said. YOU'RE 14. You have time to grow and develop much much further. I dont think, however, that people try to get themselves off to impress people. Depending on age and development, they may genuinly be that size. As Oakley said, be confident. People like other people who are confident about themselves, not cowering and feeling ashamed of themselves.

That sometimes happens to me during football. When i'm done with practice my dick has shrunk 3 inches when im soft. It goes from 5" to 2". Probably the height in your compression shorts/underwear

It's probably because they get boners whe they're naked around other people, I get that too, which is why I rarely shower naked in public.
But don't worry about your size. There's a guy in my class who has a tiny one, and when he's naked in the locker rooms no one says anything.
