the only boobs i touch are my girlfriend's, but i noticed that yes, many guys just casually touch girls' boobs. I don't find it particularly perverted unless the girl is just somebody random or really young. After all, for girls of your age, they're fun to touch and feel. Of course, if the girl doesn't like it, it shouldn't be done at all.

I would never let anyone just touch my boobs at school. To me, that just seems highly inappropriate. However, some good friends and I clown around quite a bit but that's fine since I actually know them. The way you're describing it gives me the mental image of some random guy running up, touching my boobs and then running off. That would be... awkward to say the least.
