Last weekend my cousin and i were playing truth and dare. At the end, we just dared to go jack off in different rooms. We are both straight but quite comfortable with eachother. 1) You cant ask ways to get into others pants.
2) I dont think cousins are the best people, its the whole related thing. And you should pay attention to age difference. If youre the same age or 1 year apart, its your call. If youre 18 and hes 13 for example, dont do it.

And on what Sth419 said, almost every teen goes through a curious phase. I was curious, its wearing down now to where I find hardly anything in men attractive.
